We are looking for a dedicated
Office Admin
to manage back-office operations, client follow-ups, and lead calling from Google & Meta. The candidate must be organized, confident, and proficient in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily back-office administrative tasks
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and project status
Call and convert leads generated from Google, Meta, and other online platforms
Maintain lead database, update follow-up trackers, and prepare reports
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for workflow
Handle basic documentation, filing, and office communication
Prepare simple Excel sheets, reports, and data entry
Requirements
Experience in office administration/back-office role (preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English)
Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory
Ability to handle client communication and follow-up calls
Organized, disciplined, and capable of multitasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
