Job description.
Respond to telephone and email enquiry, direct call and provide information about product and services.
Perform data entry, maintain database, and produce report.
Prepare invoice, statement and other documents
Prepare and process purchase orders and other financial documents
Manage filling system and ensure that all files are upto dates.
Maintain calender for the office and coordinate to service arrangements with technicals and customers.
Assist with other duties are assigned
Make inbound and outbound calls to customer and prospects.
Requirements
Microsoft usage knowledge
Good communication skills
Basic software usage
Basic finance maintenance
Computer usage knowledge
