We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator with strong experience in student coordination and record management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with data in Excel, and able to handle day-to-day administrative operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with students for attendance, communication, schedules, and follow-ups
Maintain and update student records, databases, and documentation
Handle back-office operations and internal coordination
Prepare reports and trackers using MS Excel
Support academic and administrative teams with data and logistics
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Required Skills:
Strong experience in student coordination
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports, trackers)
Good communication and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in educational institute or training organization will be an advantage
