Core Responsibilities

:

General Administrative Support

:

? Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence

? Managing and organizing files and documents, both physical and electronic

? Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

? Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documents.

? Maintaining office supplies and equipment

Data Entry and Record Keeping:



? Accurately entering and updating data into databases and spreadsheets.

? Maintaining confidential records and ensuring data integrity.

? Generating reports and summaries from data

? Logistics and Inventory Management:

? Assisting with the coordination of shipments and deliveries

? Maintaining inventory records and ensuring adequate stock levels.

? Processing purchase orders and invoices

? Compliance and Regulatory Support:

? Assisting with the preparation of regulatory documents

? Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

? Maintaining records related to quality control and assurance.

Customer Service Support:



? Responding to customer inquiries and providing information.

? Assisting with the processing of customer orders

? Maintaining customer records

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Education

:

? Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

:

? Proven experience in an administrative or back office role.

? Experience in the healthcare or IVD industry is a plus.

Skills

:

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

? Strong organizational and time management skills

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Attention to detail and accuracy.

? Ability to handle confidential information

? Strong data entry skills.

? Knowledge of basic office equipment

Working hours:



? 10.00 am to 7.00pm Monday to Saturday

? 30 minutes break for lunch each day

? In addition to these hours, you will be expected to work a reasonable amount of time as an when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
