Back Office Admin (Female)



Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the coordination of daily business operations.


Manage and maintain proper documentation and records for NGO

registrations.


Support senior executives in administrative and operational tasks.


Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.


Coordinate schedules and meetings with NGOs and stakeholders.


Liaise with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.


Handle correspondence and communication as directed.


Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for NSE SSE

registration.


Assist in data management and report generation as per organizational

needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.


Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


Excellent time management and organizational skills.


Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently under deadlines.


Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.


Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
