Back Office Admin (Female)



Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in the coordination of daily business operations.

? Manage and maintain proper documentation and records for NGO

registrations.

? Support senior executives in administrative and operational tasks.

? Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.

? Coordinate schedules and meetings with NGOs and stakeholders.

? Liaise with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

? Handle correspondence and communication as directed.

? Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for NSE SSE

registration.

? Assist in data management and report generation as per organizational

needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Excellent time management and organizational skills.

? Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently under deadlines.

? Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

? Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
