Job Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office & Admin Executive to manage administrative operations, support accounting and documentation tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office and Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily back-office operations, filing, and documentation.
Maintain records, data entry, and prepare reports.
Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting using Tally (if applicable).
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
Support HR and management with scheduling, attendance, and coordination.
Answer calls, emails, and maintain communication logs.
Ensure smooth office workflow and assist in process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Tally (preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
