Handling day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Assisting in maintaining financial records, vouchers, and invoices
Managing data entry, documentation, and file organization
Performing basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash handling
Assisting with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances under supervision
Updating and maintaining Excel sheets and accounting software
Coordinating with vendors and clients for invoice follow-ups and payment tracking
Managing and updating company LinkedIn profile, posting updates and job openings
Supporting HR and recruitment activities through LinkedIn outreach and communication
Ensuring timely maintenance and safekeeping of physical and digital office documents
Assisting in report generation and audit preparations
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all assigned tasks
