About the Role

We're looking for a

Senior Backend Developer

who can independently design, build, and manage scalable backend systems using

FastAPI

,

Docker

,

Kubernetes

, and the Cloud

(AWS/Azure)

.
You will work closely with our AI team to integrate

Machine Learning

,

Deep Learning

, and

Computer Vision

models into production environments.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, responsible, and passionate about end-to-end ownership of backend and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain

FastAPI-based

backend systems. Deploy and manage applications using

AWS

and

Azure

cloud services. Containerize and orchestrate services with

Docker

and

Kubernetes

. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate

Python-based ML/DL pipelines

. Optimise system performance, scalability, and resource utilisation. Implement

CI/CD pipelines

and ensure secure, reliable deployments. Troubleshot complex backend and cloud integration issues independently. Document, test, and maintain code quality and version control with

Git

.

Required Skills

Backend Framework:

FastAPI (expert-level proficiency)

Programming:

Python (OOP, async programming, API design)

AI & Data:

NumPy, OpenCV, TensorFlow / PyTorch (integration experience)

Cloud & DevOps:

AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / Jenkins

Databases:

PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

Version Control:

Git / GitHub

Others:

REST APIs, microservices, containerization, CI/CD

Preferred Knowledge

Strong background in

AI model deployment

and

MLOps

. Experience in

cloud cost optimisation

, logging, and monitoring tools. Understanding of

API security

, authentication, and scalability patterns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in

Computer Science

,

IT

, or a related field. Minimum

4+ years

of professional backend development experience. Proven ability to

work independently

and lead backend tasks end-to-end. Must be

currently residing in Gurugram or nearby areas

(on-site interviews).
