As we continue to grow, we\'re in search of a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong back-end focus, proficient in the MERN stack and familiar with a host of modern web technologies, to contribute to the development and enhancement of our software solutions.

Role Overview:

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in our development team, with a primary focus on the back end. This role requires a deep understanding of server-side logic, database management, and the ability to integrate with front-end components. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and has a knack for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of server-side applications, primarily using Node.js, Nest.js, and React.
• Design and manage database schemas with MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement real-time communication services using Socket.io for a dynamic and responsive user experience.
• Utilize Redis for caching and session management to enhance application performance.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications with React, Redux, and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
• Leverage React Native for the development of cross-platform mobile applications.
• Configure and manage application deployments on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase, optimizing for scalability and reliability.
• Manage DNS configurations and ensure optimal application performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code quality and organization, adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on back-end technologies.
• Proficient in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and familiar with Next.js, Nest.js, and React Native.
• Experience with real-time communication tools like Socket.io and caching mechanisms such as Redis.
• Strong understanding of Redux for state management in complex applications.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform, Firebase) and experience managing DNS configurations.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable and performance-driven solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
