Solving Problems:
Use the computer systems to fix customer complaints about bills, network, or data packs that the front-desk team couldn't solve.Checking Documents:
Look over the forms and ID proofs of new customers to make sure everything is correct before activating their SIM cards.Computer Data Entry:
Keep the customer's information up-to-date in the company's software so there are no mistakes in their records.Education:
Any College Degree, no arrear.Skills:
Must know basic system knowledge andMS Excel
data entries.Language:
Must speak the local language and basic English.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
