We're hiring an experienced

Babywear Merchandiser

to manage product development, costing, and vendor coordination for a leading baby clothing brand. The role requires a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in babywear or apparel merchandising.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end product development and production. Approve fits, fabrics, trims, and samples. Coordinate with design teams, factories, and buyers. Ensure babywear products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Handle costing, vendor management, and production timelines.

Requirements

4-5 years of merchandising experience (babywear preferred). Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and safety standards. Proficient in costing, product development, and vendor communication. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Salary

Up to ₹9 LPA (based on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
