Introduction: o The candidate is expected to work in a high intensity, results oriented team environment as part of the CIB Chief of Staff team in Mumbai, which is virtual extension of Global CIB Chief of Staff team. o The candidate is responsible for producing Business Strategy presentations, formulating and implementing Strategies for Growth area / initiatives, Business Performance reviews, owning competitor benchmarking to identify GAPs/solutions, owning/optimizing internal databases to facilitate internal KPI reviews and performing ad-hoc customized analysis. The candidate is expected to interact closely with counterparts in other regions and products to understand their requirements and deliver innovative and accurate result in minimum duration. o The role requires sound understanding of Investment Banking Business and financial markets with good eye for detail and an ability to liaise with the Senior Business Manager and teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of critical business strategy inputs. o This role provides the opportunity to make a strong immediate contribution for applicants who are proactive, tenacious and eager to learn about multiple products and clients. What will you be doing o Running standard management processes for the CIB Chief of Staff Office & proactively flag and execute on opportunities, for improvement and optimisation o Producing data analysis and writing reports, including draft presentations for use by the CIB senior management, to assist in executive governing and management forums, townhalls and all-colleague calls o Analysing benchmarking intelligence, to assess relative performance, versus peers and opportunities for growth o Owning, maintaining and continuously improving action trackers and business performance scorecards o Provide strategic solutions for complex business problems o Drive the optimisation and automation of any databases and standardised reports What we\'re looking for: . Engineering OR MBA degree o 2 to 3 years of strategy consulting experience with Consulting firms o Advance knowledge of Investment Banking Business, their risk factors, Performance matrix and valuation o Expert in PowerPoint presentations, writing reports and designing storyboards o Excellent communication skills (oral/written) o Good at Senior stakeholder engagement o Strong Analytical Skills o Sound Technical Skills - Excel VBA, Python, SQL o Aptitude for self-learning - Should be able to demonstrate a self-starting attitude o Proactive in nature.
