Job Description

A Beauty Advisor Supervisor in the skincare industry plays a vital role in leading and managing a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless retail experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of beauty advisors.

Sales & Customer Service:

Drive sales, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Product Knowledge & Training:

Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team members' product knowledge and selling skills.

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor inventory, manage stock replenishment, and ensure the store is properly merchandised.

Sales Strategies

: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase customer loyalty.

Performance Management

: Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Brand Standards

: Maintain brand image and ensure consistent presentation of the beauty department.

Industry Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as marketing, to promote new products and events.

Problem Solving:

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
