About Position:

As a

Business Analyst Lead

, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the vision of the organization by leading a team of talented business analysts. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to analyze business needs, refine requirements, and ensure that solutions align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is not only a strong technical and analytical thinker but also an effective communicator and mentor to a team of business analysts.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities:

Lead a Team of Business Analysts:

Manage, mentor, and support a growing team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality work, fostering professional development, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, and subject matter experts, to understand business needs and ensure alignment with the project goals.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions to improve operational performance and user experience.

Requirements Gathering:

Lead workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather clear and actionable business requirements. Document and communicate these requirements effectively to IT teams and other stakeholders.

Solution Design and Validation:

Work closely with IT teams to design and validate solutions that meet business needs. Participate in the review of functional specifications and test cases to ensure the final product aligns with requirements.

Project Management Support:

Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Provide ongoing progress reports and identify any risks or delays early on.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis. Assist with the adoption of Agile or other relevant methodologies within the organization.

Risk and Change Management:

Proactively assess potential risks to the project and business operations, recommending solutions and managing the change control process effectively.

Training and Development:

Guide junior team members, providing coaching on business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. Lead by example in terms of professionalism, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Knowledge

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Business Process Knowledge:

Deep understanding of business processes, systems integration, and the ability to analyze and improve complex workflows.

Skills

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

Leadership and People Management:

Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of business analysts, with a track record of fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements Documentation:

Expertise in developing comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and other project management software. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior leaders, business owners, and cross-functional teams.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to identify problems, think critically, and develop actionable solutions.

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
