Prerequisites # MBA Degree with specialization in Finance or Marketing or Systems. Dual specialization is also accepted # Experience # Preferred (not must) in IT or Financial services (including insurance) or Business Consulting industry # Freshers w ill be accepted Role # The opportunity is to work as a business analyst and consultant for Insurance vertical comprising Life (including investment linked), Annuity, Retirements Pensions, Property and Casualty insurance Basic skills requirement: # Excellent communication and presentation skills (including presentation skills) # Should have good documentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Word. # Exposure to concepts in IT industry e.g., Software development methodologies, Data base modeling concepts. # Sound appreciation of foundational concepts leant in Management across the duration of the course covering Finance, Marketing and Systems Technical Skills: # Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries (Nice to have) Busines s Analysis experience (Nice to have) # Should have knowledge and experience in gathering analysis requirements, elicitation and documentation (Functional & Non-Functional Requirements) # Should have knowledge of writing use-cases and business proce ss modelling .
