About the Role



We are seeking a skilled

Business Analyst

with experience in customer onboarding within the wealth management space. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in wealth systems, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering customer onboarding solutions using Avaloq. Exposure to Appway, digital transformation initiatives, and familiarity with HSBC's operating models will be a significant advantage.

This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects, enhancing customer experience and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for high-net-worth clients while aligning with global compliance and business standards.

Key Responsibilities



Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer onboarding in wealth management. Support end-to-end customer onboarding processes using

Avaloq

, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance. Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement solutions that enhance onboarding experience and servicing workflows. Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide functional guidance and support during testing, deployment, and post-production phases. Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency enhancements as part of digital transformation initiatives. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk frameworks, aligned with HSBC's policies and regulatory requirements. Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

Mandatory:

Experience in customer onboarding and servicing within the wealth management domain. Hands-on experience with

Avaloq

implementation or support projects. Proven track record in working with wealth systems or banking platforms. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in wealth onboarding. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in an

EU aligned shift



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?1,400,000.00 per year
