Chat-based digital journeys

mobile and web platforms

- Knowledge and practical experience with

NLU (Natural Language Understanding) platforms

, such as:

Good to Have Skillsets:

Relationship Manager (RM) chat channel experience

(e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, or other messaging channels).
