. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly in

Investment Account Opening

and

Trading Journeys

across multiple asset classes. This role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives in Capital Markets and Trading. Lead the design and enhancement of

Investment Account Opening

processes and

Trading Journeys

across asset classes such as: Equities Mutual Funds Bonds Options Futures Metals Drive end-to-end process improvements aligned with customer experience and business objectives. Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and requirement documents to support product and technology teams. Support agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality solutions. Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact studies to guide business decisions. Work closely with compliance, operations, and technology teams to ensure regulatory and security standards are met. Act as a subject matter expert in Capital Markets, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior analysts where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management domains. Strong understanding of digital journeys related to

Investment Account Opening

and

Trading

across various asset classes. Experience in designing and documenting workflows, process improvements, and customer journeys. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Prior experience in banking technology solutions, especially with investment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working at

HSBC

or a global investment bank. Hands-on experience with digital platforms for trading and investment management. Knowledge of compliance frameworks, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and customer engagement tools.
