Role Summary



This role focuses on enabling

Agentic AI solutions across the full GTM funnel

--ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The RevOps BA will define workflows, data models, and KPIs for forecasting, pipeline management, customer lifecycle operations, and revenue reporting.


Key Responsibilities




RevOps Domain Expertise





Document end-to-end revenue workflows:



Funnel governance



Pipeline & forecast hygiene



Customer lifecycle management



Renewals and churn



Billing Revenue recognition (high-level)



Define GTM alignment structures (MQL/SQL definitions, SLAs, handoff rules).


AI Opportunity Identification & Requirements





Identify cross-functional automation and AI opportunities across GTM systems.



Define agent use cases, including:


RevOps Forecast Guardian Agent


Renewal Prediction Agent


Churn Risk Analyzer Agent


Funnel Efficiency Agent


Data, KPIs & Governance





Define and govern metrics such as:



ARR/MRR



Churn & retention



Revenue recognition



Funnel conversion rates



Forecast accuracy



Map data flows across CRM, billing systems, CS platforms, and analytics tools.



Partner with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and readiness for AI.


Cross-team Collaboration





Align Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops requirements.



Work with AI teams to refine agent behavior, prompts, and evaluation rules.



Support rollout and adoption of AI tools across global GTM teams.


Required Skills





Strong experience in RevOps or GTM Operations across Sales, Marketing & CS.



In-depth knowledge of CRM, MAP, and Customer Success tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).



Strong analytical skills and familiarity with revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn).



Experience documenting workflows, KPIs, SLAs, and GTM alignment models.



Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and automated workflows.



Experience in revenue forecasting systems or predictive analytics projects.



Finance or Operations certifications (nice to have).



Experience in AI-enabled GTM or revenue intelligence platforms.
