MAKE AN IMPACT

- BA (Agentic AI / Data & AI SVS):

8+ years of experience

as a Business Analyst, ideally in

AI-driven product development or data transformation programs

. Strong experience working on

Agentic AI

use cases, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business requirements and actionable delivery plans. Proven understanding of

AI lifecycle management

, from ideation and data readiness to model design, testing, and deployment. Exposure to

data mapping

,

data migration

, and data integration activities, preferably within enterprise-scale environments. Experience in managing

cross-functional stakeholder discussions

involving Data Science, Technology, and Business teams. Ability to work in

Agile delivery

environments, with hands-on knowledge of

Jira

,

Confluence

, and collaboration tools. Excellent

analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

skills, with a focus on driving business value through data and AI initiatives. * Prior experience in

banking or financial services

domains preferred.
