Business Development Executive
with proven experience in the
IT industry
. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have
3-6 years of experience
in IT sales, pre-sales, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue
new business opportunities
in the IT/software domain.
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies
to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate leads through
networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, and referrals
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver
presentations, proposals, and demos
to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to align sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of
sales pipeline, forecasts, and client communications
using CRM tools.
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
(MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience
in Business Development / Sales in the
IT industry
.
Strong understanding of
IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation
.
Proven track record of
lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue achievement
.
Excellent
