Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach corporate clients to pitch
employee travel benefit programs (B2E)
.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.
Manage end-to-end communication with corporates--from proposal to booking.
Build and nurture relationships with HR teams, employee engagement heads, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal operations and booking teams for smooth delivery.
Participate in corporate activations, events, or field visits when required.
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in
travel sales, corporate sales, or employee engagement solutions
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred:
Prior experience in
B2E travel sales
.
Strong corporate network within HR or employee engagement teams.
Passion for travel with knowledge of destinations and packages.
