The role involves engaging with potential customers via telephone, providing them with information about our services, and guiding them through the process of using our matchmaking platform. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer expectations, and converting inquiries into successful subscriptions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Jeevansathi services
- Guide customers through the matchmaking process and address their queries
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Accurately maintain customer records and follow-up on leads
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
