Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

single point of contact

for B2C customers for service-related queries Register service complaints and create

job cards

Coordinate with

service technicians and service centers

for scheduling and execution Track service status and ensure

timely closure

of complaints Update customers on service progress and resolution timelines Handle

warranty claims, AMC, and service billing coordination

Escalate unresolved issues to service managers Maintain service records, CRM updates, and daily MIS reports Ensure

high customer satisfaction and TAT adherence

*Must be from automobile background (EV 2 wheeler)
