We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 1 year experienced

B2C Sales Executive

to join our team.

Experience :

Min 6 Months to 3 years of experience.

Work Location :

Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)

Working Days:

5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)

Work Timings:

10 AM to 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to researchers, academicians, and students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to promote participation in IFERP events and services. Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable conferences, journals, or research support services. Achieve monthly individual sales targets (registrations, upselling premium services, etc.). Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into confirmed participants. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in CRM tools. Handle objections and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with individual participants for repeat engagement.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in academic events, edtech, or training domains. Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms. Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously. Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
