We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 1 year experienced B2C Sales Executive to join our team.Experience : 1 year to 4 years of experience.Salary : 15K to 30K (Depends on skills)Work Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)Working Days: 5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PMKey Responsibilities:- Actively reach out to researchers, academicians, and students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to promote participation in IFERP events and services.- Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable conferences, journals, or research support services.- Achieve monthly individual sales targets (registrations, upselling premium services, etc.).- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into confirmed participants.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in CRM tools.- Handle objections and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Build long-term relationships with individual participants for repeat engagement.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in academic events, edtech, or training domains.- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.- Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
