Job Description

Lead telecalling efforts and leverage in-house referrals to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential students. Execute end-to-end student mobilization through offline channels such as seminars, business associates (BAs), NGOs, college tie-ups, and direct outreach to healthcare or education-related industries. Identify and develop new avenues for outreach: colleges, NGOs, BAs, and other relevant institutional partners. Maintain, update, and effectively utilize databases from colleges, NGO contacts, and BA visits to continuously improve outreach effectiveness. Manage online leads by engaging inquiries received from digital marketing agencies with consistent follow-up and communication. Conduct effective counselling sessions (both telephonic and in-person) to convert inquiries into admissions. Organize and actively participate in seminars, classroom information sessions (promoting student referral schemes), and networking visits to enhance visibility and engagement. Facilitate smooth admission processes: assist students with form completion, collect required documents, and ensure timely onboarding. Maintain comprehensive lead records and conversion tracking across all channels (online, offline) including ERP records. Resolve queries from students and parents promptly. Actively participate in orientation programs for new batches. Fee collection and recovery for assigned centers: maintain records, call fee defaulters, and ensure timely collections. Support alumni engagement and mentorship programs on an ongoing basis by maintaining strong relationships with past students to encourage referrals, repeat enrollments, and positive word-of-mouth promotion. Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
