We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
B2C Sales & Telesales Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
in consumer sales or telecalling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, references, and follow-ups and convert them into sales.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable services
Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure high conversion and client satisfaction
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Requirements
:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
B2C sales, telesales, or inside sales
.
Prior experience with outbound callingprocess.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, Follow up and closing skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
