We are seeking a

dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating households about solar energy benefits, and driving sales of solar panel installations under the

PM Surya Ghar Yojana

. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build trust with customers while meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify leads for residential solar panel installations under the

PM Surya Ghar Yojana

. Educate households on the benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, and long-term savings. Conduct client visits, meetings, and awareness campaigns to promote adoption. Understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable solar panel solutions. Provide accurate cost-benefit analysis including subsidy details, ROI, and financing options. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively. Guide customers through approval processes with DISCOMs and relevant authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business. Provide timely updates on project timelines, approvals, and installation schedules. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive after-sales support. Stay updated on competitors' products, pricing, and market trends in renewable energy. Share weekly/monthly sales performance reports with management. Coordinate with technical, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Address customer queries about system performance, warranties, and maintenance. Provide guidance on monitoring electricity savings and ensuring optimal usage. Encourage customer testimonials and referrals to expand outreach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
