B2C Sales Executive
to join our sales team.

remote role
, ideal for someone with strong communication abilities and proven experience handling
international customers
, particularly in B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries for residential moving services
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored quotations
Deliver excellent customer service while closing sales effectively
Maintain strong follow-up discipline to convert leads into bookings
Work with CRM tools to log conversations, track leads, and update statuses
Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate scheduling and information flow
Meet daily/weekly conversion targets and productivity KPIs
Provide professional, clear communication over phone, email, and chat
Understand customer pain points and offer the right solutions
Maintain strong product knowledge of Move My Stuff services
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in B2C sales
Experience working with overseas clients
(Australia, UK, USA, or similar international processes)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Ability to work independently and perform in a results-driven environment
Strong customer-centric mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high lead volume
Proficient in CRM systems, email communication, and follow-up management
Stable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
