Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional approach. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery. Explain product features, pricing, and care instructions. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain store and display cleanliness. Handle queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Process transactions using POS systems. Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business. Stay informed on product updates and promotions.

Requirements:



Experience in retail sales (jewellery/luxury preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first attitude with selling ability. Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor. Basic computer and POS system knowledge. Willingness to work weekends and peak seasons.

Preferred:



Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and craftsmanship. Multilingual abilities a plus.
