Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territories
Promote and sell products directly to end customers (individuals, shops, small businesses, event organizers, factories, warehouses, farms, schools, and institutions)
Identify new B2C opportunities through field visits, references, exhibitions, and local marketing activities
2. Customer Interaction & Product Presentation
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cooling or ventilation solutions
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and technical specifications clearly
Conduct on-site product demonstrations where required (especially for HVLS fans and coolers)
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
3. Lead Generation & Market Development
Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, field visits, social media inquiries, and referrals
Develop relationships with retailers, dealers, event planners, tent houses, and local contractors
Expand market presence in assigned territory
4. Order Processing & Coordination
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and finalize orders
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, installation, accounts) for smooth order execution
Ensure timely delivery and installation of products
5. After-Sales Support & Customer Satisfaction
Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
Address basic customer complaints and coordinate with service teams when required
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor pricing, schemes, and product offerings
Share market feedback and customer insights with management
Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and pipeline updates

Experience
1-4 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in cooling, electrical, HVAC, appliances, or plastic products)
Freshers with strong communication and field sales interest may also apply
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and target-driven approach
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools preferred)
