Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the sellers.
Addressing and resolving sellers' complaints or queries.
Developing a thorough understanding of the sellers' needs and requirements and preparing the customized solutions.
Actively resolving all the queries raised by the sellers with the best knowledge & a positive mindset.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for multiple seller accounts.
Meeting the established deadlines for the fulfillment of each seller's long-term goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant industry.
Active personality with client handling capabilities.
Problem solving & positive attitude.
Proficiency in English language.
