Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive customer
acquisition and product sales for our growing nutraceutical and health-tech business. The
ideal candidate will be focused on converting leads, building rapport with prospects, and
meeting sales targets through phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into customers using consultative
selling over phone, WhatsApp, and video calls
Pitch relevant plans or products based on customer needs
Achieve set targets on calls, meetings, and conversions
Customer Engagement
Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged
Address objections, answer product-related questions, and build trust
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to support teams after conversion
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho,
Salesforce)
Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead
Market Insight
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product
offerings
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
