B2C Inside sales Job description
Location - Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and
outbound cold calls/emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
This is a Target based role.
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Perform online demos and product presentations to potential clients.
Record all sales activities in the CRM system.
Key Skills and Requirements.
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales/customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Any Graduates can apply for this.
Languages Preference - English, Kannada and Hindi (Multilingual)

Base Salary:

1st Month 5000 3
2nd Month 10000 5
3rd Month 15000 8
4th Month 20000 10

930 to 2,790 (1-3 sales)
2,790 to 19,530 (4 -7 sales)
46,500 (8 -10 sales)
