B2C Inside sales Job description
Location - Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities.
? Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and
outbound cold calls/emails.
? Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
? This is a Target based role.
? Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
? Perform online demos and product presentations to potential clients.
? Record all sales activities in the CRM system.
Key Skills and Requirements.
? Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales/customer-facing role.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections.
? Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
? Any Graduates can apply for this.
? Languages Preference - English, Kannada and Hindi (Multilingual)
