Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and meet potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Generate leads through on-ground marketing activities and local networking.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities to the sales manager.
Collect customer feedback and assist in improving sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer details.
Represent the brand professionally and ethically in all field interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
2-5 years of experience in direct/B2C field sales (FMCG, telecom, retail, or similar sectors preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
Basic computer and smartphone literacy for reporting.
Local area knowledge of Samastipur and surrounding regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education.
Prior experience in door-to-door sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
Fluency in Hindi and local languages; basic English preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience).
