Role Overview:

We are hiring a motivated B2C Field Sales Executive to drive product and service awareness among individual customers through direct visits and outdoor activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-driven, with prior field sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential areas, markets, and potential customer locations to promote and sell products or services Conduct door-to-door campaigns, product demos, and informational meetups Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings Maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients Track daily achievements and submit regular sales reports Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher (preferred specialization in sales or marketing) Minimum of 2 years of field sales or direct selling experience Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage time, territory, and customer relationships Self-motivated and results-oriented Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
