to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
WhatsApp chats
,
emails
,
inbound
, and
outbound calls
professionally.
Assist customers with product information, order updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick and effective resolutions.
Manage workload efficiently and deliver within timelines.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in B2C customer support.
Excellent
English speaking and writing skills
.
Strong
time management
,
multi-tasking
, and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM tools (added advantage).
