Role Overview

We're hiring a

Customer Service Agent

who is energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about bikes. You'll be the direct link between LRL Motors and our customers -- helping them with queries, returns, refunds, and keeping their experience smooth and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

live chats, inbound & outbound calls

, and provide quick, friendly assistance. Process

cancellations, returns, refunds, and product exchanges

accurately. Respond to

emails and customer queries

with professionalism. Engage in

customer retention

by building rapport and resolving issues effectively. Maintain organized records of interactions and customer feedback. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

Excellent

spoken & written English communication

skills. Knowledge or experience in

automotive / motorbike spare parts or accessories

. Passion for

motorcycles and biking culture

. Strong

multitasking and problem-solving

abilities. 1-3 years of experience in

customer service or e-commerce

preferred. Must be willing to work

full-time from our Kochi office

(Mon-Sat) with rotational Sunday shifts.
