TripMall, India's first curated holiday marketplace, is expanding its B2B division and is looking for a smart, detail-oriented
B2B Travel Operations Executive
to handle holiday packages and support travel agents across India. If you enjoy backend operations, vendor coordination, and smooth trip execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Operations Support
Handle holiday inquiries received from travel agents
Provide best quotations based on given requirements (destination, budget & hotel category)
Prepare and share tailor-made itineraries & package costings
Vendor & Supplier Management
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, cab vendors & activity suppliers for best rates and availability
Negotiate pricing to improve profitability and deliver competitive offers
Booking & Execution
Confirm bookings and issue vouchers, inclusions, and travel documents
Ensure smooth trip operations and act as a single point of contact for agents during travel
Manage upgrades, changes, and emergency support when required
Relationship Building
Maintain strong rapport with travel agents & trade partners
Ensure high levels of service to maximize repeat business & referrals
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain booking status, payment schedules, and operational dashboards
Coordinate with internal sales and accounts teams wherever needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Good verbal & written communication (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
? Hands-on experience with MS Office (especially Excel & Email handling)
? Strong negotiation skills & ability to multitask
? Fast learner with problem-solving abilities
? Prior experience in
B2B travel operations
preferred, but
freshers with good learning ability are welcome
