About the Role



We're seeking high-energy

B2B Travel Field Sales Executives

to drive corporate and retailer partnerships across multiple locations.

This is an on-the-ground sales role focused on building and growing business relationships with

corporates, retailers, and travel partners to increase sales of our holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel solutions.



Key Responsibilities



Identify and visit potential corporate clients, travel retailers, and RMNs (Retailer Managed Networks) for new business tie-ups.

Present and pitch company travel services (holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas) to onboard new partners. Build and nurture long-term B2B relationships to generate consistent revenue. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through field sales activities. Negotiate deals, close agreements, and ensure smooth partner onboarding. Maintain regular follow-ups with partners for business continuity and satisfaction. Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and pipeline reports. Represent the company at networking events, travel exhibitions, and industry meets.

Candidate Profile & Skills



Graduate in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in field sales, corporate tie-ups, or

B2B travel sales

. Strong knowledge of

corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive travel. Ability to work independently and build lasting business relationships.

Basic knowledge of travel products (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) preferred.
