Responsible for managing B2B sales operations within assigned territory, generating new business, handling channel partners & driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & develop new B2B clients within assigned territory.
Handle distributors / dealers / channel partners & maintain strong business relations.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, product demos & negotiations.
Achieve monthly sales targets & market penetration goals.
Track competitor activities, pricing & market trends.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination & payment follow-ups.
Prepare daily / weekly territory sales MIS reports.
Profile Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
Experience in B2B Field Sales (1-5 yrs).
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Good knowledge of territory/market geography.
Self-driven & target focused.
