The Cold Caller will be responsible for identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects through outbound calls, setting up appointments, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. - The individual will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, deliver compelling sales pitches, and address potential clients' inquiries efficiently- This role requires proactive communication and a customer-focused approach to build and maintain positive relationships. This is a target based role.Roles & Responsibilities:- Has a minimum of 3 years of cold-calling, lead generation, and client outreach experience- Complete responsibility for Lead and Prospect Generation- Can speak confidently with CXOs, HODs in Admin, Procurement, Facility and finance teams- Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.- Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills- Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy. Conduct outbound calls to verify decision-makers, roles, and organisations .- Familiarity with systems and ability to maintain accurate records- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills- Self-motivated and ability to work with Sales targets- Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks (ref:updazz.com)
