Role Overview
We are looking for a
B2B Tele Sales Representative
to connect with potential clients, introduce our solutions, and schedule meetings with our senior sales team. This role is focused on
lead generation and appointment setting
to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to B2B prospects from target industries.
Qualify leads and book meetings with CXOs/decision-makers.
Pitch Birdvision's digital solutions over calls/emails.
Maintain records and track progress on CRM (Apollo.ai).
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in B2B tele sales/lead generation.
Strong communication & persuasion skills (English & Hindi).
Confidence in interacting with senior professionals.
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM a plus.
