Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to clients in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Present and promote Green Glam USA's diamond and jewelry products to potential business buyers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients, jewelers, and retailers.
Identify customer needs and offer customized product solutions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends in the global jewelry industry.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the diamond or jewelry sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or international accent.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working night shifts to align with international time zones.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
