We are a fast-growing tech company with a powerful AI platform that is changing the FMCG industry. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights.

What You'll Do:



Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives. Set sales goals, drive team performance, and ensure targets are met. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using our CRM. Hire, train, and onboard new salespeople. Support your team in major client negotiations and meetings.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in B2B software (SaaS) sales. At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role. A strong track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
