Role Overview

We are looking for

highly motivated Sales Executives

to sell UptoSkills'

Campus Connect Portal & End-to-End Campus Recruitment Software (SaaS)

to corporates seeking to

connect with colleges, build fresher talent pipelines, and modernize campus hiring

.

This role involves

corporate visits, B2B sales

, corporate meetings, product demos, and

complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure

.

Key Responsibilities

Sell Campus Hiring SaaS solutions to corporates for:

Freshers & interns hiring Campus recruitment drives Job fairs & pool campus hiring Employer branding & AI-based hiring

Position UptoSkills as a single unified platform replacing

: Multiple hiring vendors Assessment tools Job fairs Employer branding agencies

Identify, approach, and meet key decision-makers

: HR Heads Talent Acquisition Leaders CHROs Founders / CXOs Conduct

on-field corporate visits

, demos, negotiations, and closures

Manage the entire sales funnel:

Lead generation Meetings & demos Follow-ups Deal closure Build strong

long-term corporate relationships

Achieve and exceed

monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Must-Have Requirements

Strong

existing connects with corporate decision-makers

(HR / TA / CXO level preferred) Willingness to do

field sales and office visits

Ability to

independently generate leads and close deals

Experience or exposure to

B2B SaaS / HR Tech / Enterprise Sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Performance-driven mindset
Experience

1-5 years of experience in: B2B Sales SaaS Sales HR Tech / Recruitment / Enterprise Sales
Compensation & Growth

Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary during probation:


?25,000 - ?50,000 per month (Fixed) + incentives

Post-Probation (After 3 Months)

CTC up to ₹12 LPA
