Job Description

Business Development:

Actively identify and target potential clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, and general contractors, to generate new business leads.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the architectural and design community to foster brand loyalty and secure project specifications.

Product Expertise:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our wood panel products, including technical specifications, applications, benefits, and differentiators, to serve as a trusted technical expert for clients.

Presentations & Consultations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the specific needs and aesthetic requirements of each project.

Project Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal design, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service from initial specification through completion.

Sales & Negotiation:

Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project status within the CRM system, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
