. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with cafes, hotels, restaurants, and other retail partners to drive product sales and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new B2B clients including cafes, hotels, restaurants, and bakeries.
Promote and sell our range of
coffee beans, pre-mixes, bakery ingredients, and related products
.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations to potential clients.
Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and share insights with management.
Coordinate with the supply and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Manage client records, payment follow-ups, and ensure proper documentation.
Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to represent the brand.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
B2B sales
(preferably in coffee, bakery, or FMCG industry).
Strong knowledge of
coffee types, blends, brewing methods, and bakery products
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Good understanding of the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) market.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 2-5 years preferred.
