B2B Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to acquire and manage business clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering solutions that align with company products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Understand client business needs and present appropriate solutions
Conduct product demos and sales presentations
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Good understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
